Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 15:00 onwards (flexible by arrangement)
Check-out: before 11:00
Late arrival or early check-in? Just message us on WhatsApp in advance — we're happy to accommodate when possible.
Is parking available?
Demar Rooms (Korakohori): free private on-site parking right at the property.
Full House Apartment (Katakolo): free on-site parking plus plenty of street parking nearby. Safe area, easy beach access.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome on request at both properties.
Please let us know in advance so we can prepare. A small fee may apply depending on pet size and length of stay.
Can children stay? Is there a crib or extra bed?
Children are very welcome.
Demar Rooms: Ground floor rooms sleep up to 3 (1 double + 1 single). Extra bed or travel cot available on request.
Full House Apartment: Sleeps 3–4 comfortably (1 queen + 1 single). Travel cot / crib available on request.
Please bring your own linen for travel cots if possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled up to 7 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show.
Longer stays or peak season (July–August) may have stricter terms — please check at booking.
Do you provide Wi-Fi, A/C, towels?
Yes — both properties include:
- Free fast Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning
- Fresh towels and bed linen
- Basic toiletries (toilet paper, soap)
- TV in each room / apartment
Demar Rooms: private bathroom + kitchenette (microwave, kettle, mini-fridge, dishes) in each room. Shared garden and free washer in the building.
Full House Apartment: full kitchen (fridge, cooking facilities), in-unit washing machine, private entrance, private patio and fenced backyard.
How do I get there? Nearest airport?
Nearest airport: Araxos (GPA) ~1 hour drive, or Athens (ATH) ~3.5–4 hours.
By car: recommended — easy parking at both properties.
Public transport: bus or train to Pyrgos, then taxi (~15–30 min to the property).
We can help arrange a taxi pickup from Pyrgos or Araxos if needed.
