Booking requests are delivered to us by email via Gmail SMTP. Your message and contact details are stored in our email account, like any normal email correspondence.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — it doesn't identify you personally.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only those needed for the site to function and for Google Analytics. You can block them in your browser settings without breaking the booking flow.

7. Retention

We keep booking enquiries for as long as needed to manage your stay and any follow-up. After that, you can ask us to delete the record.
