Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 15:00 onwards (flexible by arrangement)
Check-out: before 11:00
Late arrival or early check-in? Just let us know via WhatsApp in advance – we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Is parking available?
Demar Rooms (Korakohori): Free private on-site parking right at the property.
Full House Apartment (Katakolo): Free on-site parking + plenty of street parking nearby (very safe area, easy beach access).
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome on request at both properties (Demar Rooms and Full House).
Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Small fee may apply depending on pet size/type.
Can children stay? Is there a crib / extra bed?
Children are very welcome!
Demar Rooms (Korakohori): Ground floor rooms sleep up to 3 guests (1 double + 1 single bed). Extra bed or travel cot available on request.
Full House Apartment (Katakolo): Sleeps 3–4 comfortably (1 queen bed + 1 single bed). Travel cot / crib available on request (please bring your own linen if needed).
Baby crib: Available upon request for all properties.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund: if cancelled up to 7 days before arrival
No refund: for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or no-show
Longer stays or peak season (July–August) may have stricter terms – please check at booking.
Do you provide Wi-Fi, A/C, towels, etc.?
Yes – both properties include:
- Free fast Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning
- Fresh towels & bed linen provided
- Basic toiletries (toilet paper, soap)
- TV in each room/apartment
Demar Rooms: Private bathroom + kitchenette (microwave, kettle, mini-fridge, dishes) in each room; shared garden & free washer in building.
Full House Apartment: Full kitchen (fridge, cooking facilities), in-unit washing machine, private entrance, private patio & fenced backyard with outdoor dining.
How do I get there? Nearest airport / transport?
Nearest airport: Araxos (GPA) ~1 hour drive or Athens (ATH) ~3.5–4 hours drive
By car: recommended – easy parking at both properties
Public transport: Bus/train to Pyrgos, then taxi (~15–30 min to properties)
We can help arrange taxi pickup from Pyrgos or Araxos if needed. Both locations are close to beaches, Pyrgos, and Ancient Olympia.
